-We haul the boats to the water. The renter will meet us at the bank location 5 minutes prior to departure at minimum to receive a quick safety tutorial.
Departure times can be +/- 5 minutes from the selected time. You will not be given extra time should you show up late.
If for any reason the staff is late, which can happen especially if prior rentals return late in, we will work our best to accommodate the additional time from your set departure time, or prorate the time lost if we are unable to accommodate additional time out. We appreciate your grace and understanding that departure times are reliant on many variables.
-Life vests are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own. We DO NOT provide infant life vests. For children 2 and under, or under 30lbs, you will need to bring your own life vest. (These can be purchased at the Walmart in Broken Bow, or Brutons Outdoors in Hochatown)
After booking, please include the age and approximate weight of each person who will need a life vest so we can have them pre-loaded. State law requires all persons 12 yrs of age or younger to wear a life vest onboard.
-Fuel is provided. We send you out with a full tank. IF you are out and notice your fuel level is at 1/4 tank and still have 1hr or more of rental time, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a refuel meetup. This is rare for 3hr trips.
-If you wish to have someone captain your boat, the cost is $105/3hr or $210/6hr. Tips are not expected, but are most definitely appreciated. Each captain has Venmo/Cashapp as well, and we are happy to provide those to you if requested.
-We launch from the Grasshopper campground located at the end of the Carson Creek entrance to the lake, which can be found on google maps. Please note, Apple Maps does not work well in the area.
-We expect all guests to treat our staff respectfully. Our staff will not tolerate any disrespect and such things can result in termination of the rental with no refund. Should you have any issues, the staff will work respectfully to correct the issue and/or contact upper management.
